Soluna Digital ("we", "us") respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit solunadigital.vn, how we use it, where it is stored and what rights you have over your data.

a) Information you provide directly

When you fill in the "Book a free consultation" form on the website, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Phone number / Zalo
  • The service you are interested in
  • Your message (if any)

Providing this information is entirely voluntary. You only need to fill in the form if you want us to contact you.

b) Information processed automatically

  • Language preference: when you switch between English and Vietnamese, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your own device and is never sent to our servers.
  • Technical data attached to form submissions: when you submit the form, the system records some technical details of the submission — device and browser type, IP address, approximate IP-based location (province/city level) and the page you submitted from — for spam prevention, contact verification and channel performance statistics.
  • Technical logs: our infrastructure providers may automatically record basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for system operation and security purposes.

This website does not use tracking cookies, behavioral analytics tools or retargeting ads on its visitors.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Contact you and advise on the service you are interested in;
  • Send quotes and proposals matched to your needs;

  • Lark Suite (Lark Technologies) — internal client information storage and management;
  • Google Fonts — web font delivery; your browser connects to Google servers to load the fonts.

These partners process data only to the extent needed to provide their technical services. Beyond that, we disclose information only when lawfully required by a competent state authority.

4. Retention period

We keep your contact details for as long as needed to fulfil the consulting and client-care purpose, or until you ask us to delete them. Once the information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.

5. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Request access to and a copy of the information we hold;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Withdraw consent and ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

6. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: the entire website runs over HTTPS, system access keys are encrypted, and only authorized staff can access client information. That said, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security in every case.

7. Children

Soluna Digital's website and services are aimed at businesses and commercial individuals, not at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's information; if we discover any, we delete it immediately.
